There is going to be an IC plot post that serves this exact function upcoming this week, actually! It's been in the works since our last plot, but we've been trying to wait until most or all of our new characters got settled before getting it out there.

Basically, Initiative NPCs are going to provide a sort of catch-all "question and answer" post on the Network as a means to become more transparent. Also, this post serves as the kick-off for another upcoming game mechanic, where the Initiative will do weekly Network posts to keep Transports aware of the current happenings in Exsilium and any important information or changes they should be aware of! (Also in an attempt to be more transparent with the Transports).

So, it is meant to serve that very purpose, as well as we intend to continue to make them a weekly presence that will be able to be interacted with periodically!
