Hey, this is a bit embarrassing so I'm asking anonymously, I feel like this shouldn't be something that is confusing me as much as it is. But I'm looking into apping a character this upcoming round and I was reviewing the rules and faq, and I saw the rule you guys have about waiting 6 weeks after a new canon has been published/released. But I wasn't sure if you were including ongoing canons in this 6 week rule. So if I wanted to app from an ongoing comic that has been around more than 6 weeks, can I app from any canon point I want? Or do I have to app from a canon point that was at least 6 weeks prior to the most recent update to that comic book?

Unfortunately, that rule does include ongoing series. You would be welcome to app from any canon point excluding those released within the last 6 weeks. I hope that clears it up, and please feel free to ask if you have more questions!

My character can't see, so can I assume the tablets have a Siri-like function, with voice commands and text reading? I'm going to assume that voice-to-text transcription is also possible but, like Siri, sometimes hilariously inaccurate.

Hi! During the mission log to seize the AI, Gwendolyn was part of the defense/distraction forces, and planted a Baromett seed that grew over the course of combat. One of these plants grow and produce two Baromett Sheep (see: icon) - so I'm not treading on any toes, would it be okay to say Gwendolyn still has these two sheep at the moment? (Though they won't be long for this world!)

And I was a dumb about that.

Hey, more tag questions, but this is sort of the reverse. Instead of not having a tag, I now have two tags for the same character pretty much everywhere. For exsilium there's
ruka [yu-gi-oh 5d's]
ruka [yu-gi-oh!]
~ruka [yu-gi-oh 5d's]
~ruka [yu-gi-oh!]

and in exsiliumlogs it's
ruka [yu-gi-oh 5d's]
ruka [yu-gi-oh!]

The [yu-gi-oh!] ones were the ones created when she first joined, so those are the ones I've been using, and between the two that's the one I prefer, so would it be possible to have the [5D's] ones removed?

(For clarification, the four anime series are technically meant to be one somewhat coherent timeline, where characters and mythos make reappearances throughout, and three of the four have even had a giant crossover. DM/GX/5D's/ZEXAL don't need to be separated out into distinct categories. It only gets complicated if you include in the manga, or the earlier anime series where everything was colored on acid, but that would be more similar to the division between 616 and movieverse marvel.)

TL;DR: can I get the various "ruka [yu-gi-oh 5d's]" tags deleted, please?

Thass would like to go SPLORING. Would it be alright for him to find a small farm to claim as his own? Thinking a house with a small barn and pens for animals? Maybe if you're feeling extra generous, a couple of mutant chickens that lay spotty lumpy eggs?

Also, this is more like a FAQ question BUT. If he were to kill and eat an animal out in the wild (or an aforementioned mutant chicken), raw, would he suffer many adverse effects? He is dead, after all. Would it make him ill? Just asking just asking.

That should be fine! However, unless he's planning on clearing out the current residents of a farm (for shame), the only farms up for the claiming are long-abandoned ones. That means horribly broken-down buildings, barns in awful disrepair, and no domesticated animals in sight. Getting one in working order would be a serious endeavor, but one that he's welcome to take on!

And as for eating mutated animals — that's player discretion! You can say that radiation made a character sick, or you can say they happened to find a relatively clean animal. Making a habit of chowing down would be generally unwise, though.

I was just talking with a few other players and we realized there hadn't been any small group missions given out since January, and many of us who have submitted since early as that time haven't received anything. So we were wondering if there's a reason for this and if there's a possible time table we should wait for to hear back on our mission requests?

Hello! To be completely honest, the missions have been on hold for such a long time because they're a really thought-intensive and time-consuming part of modding. It's been clear to me for a while now that the system as it stands isn't going to work, and a few tentative attempts made to fix it between other game-related duties haven't worked out yet. So I'm still on the lookout for some other way to get missions moving again, because they're definitely a great part of the game, and I want to get them rolling again as well. At this point, I'm leaning either for a group that specifically designs missions, or players designing their own. :|a Or even a game-wide poll to see if there are any opinions or other solutions. And on that note, definitely feel free to let me know if you have any ideas! I'm really sorry about the wait so far, I hope we can get back on it soon.
