No firm lines, but if people who look and/or act younger are asking to work with sensitive technology or instruments, they may find they've got direct supervision until they've proven themselves capable on their own. Particularly with the Transports, the Initiative knows things aren't always what they seem, and a great deal of the kids and teens are more capable than might be commonly expected.
It will likely also mean more people telling them to go home early and/or otherwise looking out for them'/their health, because kids (and teens) are still part of the community that even the Initiative wants to protect. They don't really turn that off with the Transports, even knowing they ask the impossible of them regardless of age.
