1) Unfortunately they don't already exist, but she's definitely welcome to work with other transports (or you can handwave her involvement with NPCs) to make them happen! There ARE some instruments lying around, and sometimes even the rare and sadly understocked music store, but nothing so formal as a concert hall. It's more like big husks of abandoned/ruined buildings that happen to have good acoustics and could be converted.

2) We leave that entirely in player hands!
