Actually at present, there is no law enforcement in Exsilium! There could be, if someone wished to set up a sort of citizens-run one; I'll make a note to add that to the job postings page.

BUT since Exsilium is made up of kind of a rag-tag team of exiled individuals and is essentially a prison island, the only law enforcement available would have to be something started either by the citizens in Exsilium before the transports arrived (unfortunately they had not done that), or something that is transport-run.
