About submitting apps. Because of the app cap and because I can't reserve my character for the app cycle afterwards if I don't submit my app in time, would I be allowed to ask a friend to send in my app for me? And if not, if I drop my reserve for this cycle would I be able to reserve for the next one? The only reason I'm asking is that I will be in Munich from the end of August to the beginning of September and while it's possible I could send my app in via an Internet cafe, I can't guarantee it. I normally wouldn't ask about this but considering how quickly apps went in August...
