They will be healthy enough to not be in lifte-threatenting danger by the time they show up in Exsilium, but the degree of it is up to you as a player. If you'd prefer to play it that the disease has only been set back, and not entirely removed, you would be welcome to! Wounds are generally fully cured, though.
