What if it's like Dick Grayson's origin story except with arson? Someone's gonna try to burn down a carnival for whatever reason and Steph and Ellie need to be there to make sure it doesn't happen? Maybe there are imporant dignitaries secretly visiting with their kids or it'd just be bad for everyone if an entire carnival got burnt down.
If that is super dumb I can come up with something else. Or you can just kick me out of the game for being too ridiculous w/e.
