Your mission is to inflitrate a LAN party, which isn't particularly difficult -- but get sent back into the secondary room being used, and accessing computer files for a virus written to go active on 00:00 01/01/00. Download this virus to a provided flash drive, destroy the original code, and get back out without tipping off the others that the person entering the back room is not indeed the original coder with a new friend.

Kano's skills at appearing as someone other than he is will be imperative, along with Shintaro's ability to remember what important information needs to be taken along with the virus, and what may need to be destroyed.

Nothing immediately visible. The virus is one that the Initiative wants to explore and be able to use again on another mission, in a more beneficial (but still viral) manner. It will smooth over some rollover from 99 to 00 for big business, but the event deterred is otherwise unknown outside of later books written on turn of the 20th to 21st century hacking and viral attacks in Japan.

You have a week to track down the responsible parties, the correct location of the coder, and to infiltrate his sanctum. You can do it!
