Korea, 1364. Infiltrate the Korean court and help influence general opinion favorably toward the institution of civil service structures. Play off existing tensions between Buddhists and Confucian scholars in order to place the Buddhist scholars at an advantage of power within the court as much as possible. Allying them with the favorable opinion of court is the main objective of this mission.
THE FALLOUT:
This ultimately prevents the introduction of Neo-Confucianism as an official religion in 1394, keeping both scholars on more even grounds, and causing political fallout that lasts through generations. Greater stability and unity will help Korea prosper as a whole over time.
THE NOTES:
Feel free to bring back a trinket of the sort you're thinking about for Sheena, along with any teas so desired. Remember to keep the overall load to under about what would fit in a normal sized back-pack. Otherwise, go wild!
