I'd definitely suggest being open to seeing if anyone wants to come along with Axel simply because these are great CR building exercises, and less about providing single characters handwaved missions. (In fact, we discourage handwaving these missions pretty stringently! Handwaving portions of course, what fun is it to write out all the minutia all the time?)

There are no parameters, as these are being left up to IC judgement. Check out who else might want to come along, and pick your target to cultivate as you please!
